A sauna for slowing down is opening in Tallaght. Break the seal and read the invitation.

Dear you,
We’re making a room for slowing down. A sauna on Greenhills Road, under the Four Wellness roof, down the hall from Holohan Martial Arts, Fire Flow Yoga and Float Therapy.
It will be simple. Heat. A cool down. A rest. Then again, if you like.
Leave the phone outside. Breathe slowly. Stay as long as feels good, not as long as the clock says.
Water on hot stones. A hiss, a wave of steam, then quiet. The Finns call it löyly. Some sounds just make everything else disappear.
We’re not open yet, and we won’t guess the day. When the doors open, we’d love you to be one of the first through them.
